Sacha Field  Consulting

About

Hi there! I’m Sacha, a Transformation Coach and Negotiation Concierge

I love helping others discover how rewarding negotiating can be once you find the calm and confidence (and do away with the panic).  I especially love finding hidden opportunities in the most unpredictable places.

MY REALLY OFFICIAL BIO

Sacha is the founder of Sacha Field Consulting. She's a negotiation whiz who is known for delivering unique, high profile projects
(from a $450mm museum project to programs for people in transition) and for transforming the lives of the women (and the occasional gent) she works with.

Certified as a Miracle Minded Coach (Marianne Williamson), Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence (ISEI) Coach, Project Management Professional (PMP), and a learner's mind, Sacha has spent years developing  knowledge and skills that allow her to help others transform their lives and find true purpose and fulfillment.

Sacha teaches women that they have negotiation superpowers that can help them to reduce their negotiation anxiety, identify missing opportunities for success, and lobby for (and achieve) their worth.
She shows them how to show up and create outcomes that honor their needs while keeping the door open for others to meet theirs as well.

ONCE UPON A TIME

I’ve spent my  lifetime directing high-profile, high-stakes projects across design,
nonprofit operations, themed entertainment, real estate, and education realms.
Big launches, impossible timelines, executive stakeholders, global teams
— I thrived in the “figure-it-out” seat.

Making  things happen at that level was inspiring.
But somewhere along the way,
I realized I had more to give than logistics,
deadlines, deliverables, and frequent-flier miles.

Because if there’s one thing that defines me, it’s this:
I’ve always been the person who makes things click.

Need it tomorrow - Easy.
One-hour turnaround - My favorite sport.
Sleep-optional project sprints - Hand me a coffee.
Can’t be done because of 'xyz'?  I’ll find a way.

Do you have those "if only I'd have said..." about important conversations?

The racing-heart moment. The “I hope this doesn’t sound dumb” spiral. The fast-yes regret.
The invisible-woman feeling in oversized conference rooms
or certain family conversations.

I can help because I've been there.
I know the nerves. The doubt. The hesitation.

And I also know the magic that happens when you swap all of that for calm, clarity and confidence
— and finally show up in conversations like the woman your résumé insists you already are

And trust me: this approach requires far less driving than you may think.

At the peak of my project lunacy, I once flew to Texas, rented a car, drove eight hours,
loaded the deliverables myself, turned around, and drove them back to California
— all so a team could look like heroes by end-of-day tomorrow.

Yes, that’s a true story.
No, I don’t recommend it.
And yes, I’d probably do it again.

Why?

I did it for the relationships — for my team, for the people depending on us,
for everyone down the line who’d feel the impact.
I wasn’t just chasing a deadline. I was protecting people.

When I shifted from leading projects to actually leading people, everything changed.
I saw how confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to learn didn’t just drive execution
— they shaped access. Opportunity. Respect. Visibility. Connection.

I watched brilliant women — myself included — question ourselves before speaking, agree too quickly to avoid discomfort, shrink our voices in rooms we had every right to lead.
The same women who could run multimillion-dollar buildouts without blinking… would mentally combust at asking for what they needed.
Or what they were worth.

At home? That might look like caving to a teenager.
At work? It’s agreeing to the client’s budget — even when you know the scope says otherwise.

That’s when it clicked...

It’s not just about managing work or life situations..
It’s about navigating conversations around any situation — with calm, clarity, and confidence.  Conversations that lead with resilience, growth,
and often a
transformational outcome.

Learn More

That’s what I help women do.

I work with women who feel anxious about negotiation or tough conversations and
show them how to:

Steady their nerves

Get clear on what they want

Communicate their value

Negotiate for outcomes that maximize
opportunities for all

No drama.
No theatrics
No panic spiral required —
and definitely no
"one day wonder" road trips from California to Texas and back!

And the women who master that?
They gain real
self-worth and achievement.

I finally found my purpose helping women show up with calm and confidence, and negotiate for the life they want
- negotiate for their worth

It's always been the transformations that excite me the most.
Taking the most challenging situations and helping them to grow in a different direction. Providing outcomes that create joy and balance.

SUPER FUN
FACTS

NOW FOR THE IMPORTANT STUFF

01

I long to be a pliable lotus but on most days, my flexibility says "nope, you're a tree."  That still doesn't stop me from identifying as a lotus.

02

Give me a snowy day, a blazing fire, and a cuppa tea.  That's my trifecta for ultimate soul restoration.

03

I have zero will power for the hypnotic seduction of puppies.  "Just look into my eyes and play with me...give me treats...you have nothing else to do..."

04

On weekends I still wear braids, a pink raincoat and live in my Uggs. I know who I am and what I stand for.

Without the Anxiety
(Because Panic
is Not a Negotiation Strategy)"

  • Turn "my heart is racing" into "actually, I've got this"
  • Transform that panic spiral into a confident negotiation plan
  • Say goodbye to waking at 3am thinking about what you "should have said" ... because you actually said it ... right on queue
