Hi there! I’m Sacha, a Transformation Coach and Negotiation Concierge.
I love helping others discover how rewarding negotiating can be once you find the calm and confidence (and do away with the panic). I especially love finding hidden opportunities in the most unpredictable places.
ONCE UPON A TIME
I have spent my life directing high profile projects in design, non-profit operations, themed entertainment, real estate, and education avenues.
I loved making things happen at that level, but also realized there was something more I had to give.
- Need it tomorrow - no problem
- Work 17 hour days (all week) - I'm your person
- Can't get it here on time - I'll fly to Texas and drive it back to California by EOB tomorrow (yes, true story)
But as successful as I was and as high as I climbed, there was always a piece missing.
When I started really leading teams and individuals, I saw firsthand how their knowledge and openness to learn directly impacted their ability to get things done. AKA. to negotiate. For both their project needs and their own worth.
That's when my life changed.
I finally found my purpose helping women show up with calm and confidence, and negotiate for the life they want - for their worth.
It's always been the transformations that excite me the most. Taking the most challenging situations and giving them sparkle. Providing outcomes that create joy. Finding surprising opportunities in the most unlikely of places.
I found that, when I can use my superpowers to show others theirs well, that's my definition of a life well-lived!

Sacha is the founder of Sacha Field Consulting. She's a negotiation whiz who is known for delivering unique, high profile projects (from a $450mm museum project to programs for people in transition) and for transforming the lives of the women (and the occasional gent) she works with.
Sacha teaches women that they have negotiation superpowers that can help them to identify missing opportunities and lobby for (and achieve) their worth. And she shows them how to do just that.

I long to be a pliable lotus but on most days, my flexibility says "nope, you're a tree." That still doesn't stop me from identifying as a lotus.
Give me a snowy day, a blazing fire, and a cuppa tea. That's my trifecta for ultimate soul restoration.
I have zero will power for the hypnotic seduction of puppies. "Just look into my eyes and play with me...give me treats...you have nothing else to do..."
On weekends I still wear braids, a pink raincoat and live in my Uggs. I know who I am and what I stand for.
