Wake Up, Monday! Time to hit the ground running but, before you do, let’s take a few moments to set you up right for the day (and beyond).
Taking three deep breaths and a few minutes to focus on what you want to achieve today will send your highest energy out into the world before the distractions begin.
And blocking out a couple of times throughout the day to refocus, renew, and recommit will also bring you closer to those goals by the end of the day.
With just these few simple steps, you can change your end of day from “I am so tired and feel like I got nothing done today” to “YES!! I made a difference today and stayed focused and productive. AND I feel more energized about the week ahead now too!:
